Professionally I am a qualified clinical exercise physiologist with more than 20 years’ experience in the field of fitness, health and nutrition both as practitioner and researcher. But none of that helped me when I suddenly couldn’t find a way to shift back to my fit and slim healthy self after having my third child after 40.
I embarked on a new journey and found that motivation is not as easily found and that there has to be dynamic shift in your mind first before the body can follow. Slowly I started changing my thoughts and almost overnight I could see the shift happen.
